HOW IT WORKS?
We seek to offer pieces with excellent material and finishing, with the aim of promoting their durability. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we will exchange or return your product, in accordance with the provisions of our Exchange and Returns Policy, written based on current legislation (CDC).
We allow 7 days after the customer receives the product to process exchanges and returns. Any contact with SINAPT.ICA regarding the exchange and/or return of our parts must be made via Whatsapp: (47) 99732-8175, with the full name, email and order number. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00.
After this contact, the customer will receive a reverse logistics code by email, to be sent through the nearest Post Office or Transport Company. The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accompanying accessories and without showing any signs of use.
Products with odors, material wear or that have been altered will not be accepted. In this case, the part will be returned and exchange or refund cannot be made.
RETURN DUE TO DESIGN OR DEFECT OF THE PART
It is possible to request a refund of the amounts paid or even an exchange for another different product at SINAPT.ICA, of equal or greater value, complementing the price difference in the latter case. In the case of a refund, we request a period of 10 working days, counting from the date on which the part arrives back at our showroom, to analyze the condition of the product until the refund is authorized, which may take up to 10 working days for analysis.
EXCHANGE/RETURN OF CUSTOMIZED PARTS OR OUT OF CURRENT COLLECTIONS
In cases where the piece is from collections that are no longer being sold on the website or the piece presents some type of customization at the customer's request (whether model, size, color, material, or any other characteristic different from the original model, SINAPT .ICA reserves the right to refuse to exchange or return the part.
EXCHANGE/RETURN DUE TO SIZE ERROR
In cases where the size of the item was requested from the customer and the customer preferred not to use it and follow the measurements in the table, SINAPT.ICA can adjust the size, as long as the customer bears the shipping costs. If the wrong size was sent from the table, SINAPT.ICA will be responsible for the error and will pay the shipping costs.
REVERSAL
For purchases made via credit card, the refund will occur in up to two invoices. In the case of orders paid via bank transfer, the customer will need to contact our WhatsApp: (47) 99732-8175 and provide their bank details for the refund to be made.
SHIPPING EXPENSES
For exchange and/or return requests, within 7 days, SINAPT.ICA will generate a free postage code, so that you can send the item back to us free of charge within the deadline specified on the label. For purchases where the exchange is requested within 30 days, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and if we have to resend the exchange, we will ship it at our expense. If the postage is not made within the specified period, or you wish to exchange/return more than once, shipping costs will be charged.
No exchanges or returns will be accepted in violation of the previous provisions.
